Industrial Energy Efficiency Report Available

A new report by the Western Governors’ Association: “Industrial Energy Efficiency: Improving competitiveness, reducing emissions” is now available for download. The report draws attention to the value of industrial energy efficiency as an economic development strategy, and highlights the potential of CHP. It includes state policy recommendations in four areas, including policies to support combined heat and power.
