Kilns

I Overview
Kilns are a specialized oven or furnace used for industrial or agricultural processes. These processes include firing clay for pottery or bricks, and for drying materials such as crops, hops, or timber.

II Applications
Kilns may be fired directly by a variety of fuels including natural gas, or they can be fired indirectly. Indirect-fired kilns may use clean air streams, steam or utilize the heat from a cogeneration systems.

III Equipment Options
A variety of kiln designs are available, including rotary, shaft, tunnel, and regenerative kilns.
